I used to tow for outreach, I paid outreach $35 per car and I sold the cars for my profit. out of the $35 per car outreach spends more then half on themselfs and advertising, this means maybe $15 per car goes to any type of program

I am sure that your photos will look good in court. 1 instance of an Organization attempting to make themselves look legit will not convince anyone.
News stations will not air stories that they know are false because legit people Will sue them.
You are unable to counter reality with vague generalities and half baked schemes. The videos are published to properly inform the public and I will continue to do so.
You have only proven 1 thing, that you can’t prove anything.

Yes, the person that originally lied, (i.e. “and i have nothing to do with them”).
Now of course we find you to be NOT so righteous… (i.e. “I would be happy to provide you with proof of OUR righteous ways”).
You do not need to lie to try to get the truth removed. You would think that you would welcome the chance to clear the name and bad press by taking action, not just trying to con people further.
If you were honest, you would not need to lie about ANYTHING.

A reporters Job is …
A reporters Job is to make an exciting story. Therefore the fact that this was on TV is not a surprise. She aired SELECT parts of what she actually filmed. In order to her job which is to make us LOOK bad. If they say Outreach DID this- then we would have a case. But all she did was ask questions, and therefore we can’t push any “civil Action”.
I await YOUR response patiently and ill take your advice and won’t hold my breath…
And maybe you will even answer my original question….

Apparently you are of the opinion that whatever a reporter does a story on anything- the reporter is automatically correct and the people whom the story is about is automatically wrong?? Or is it only this story that she is conveniently correct in raising questions about us to which she has absolutely no proof?

If the story is …
If the story is untrue, if there is an instance of libel or a slanderous remark, prove yourself by successfully prevailing in a civil action against the news source.
Why you would choose not to is beyond me. If your cause is at stake then you should protect your mission. It would seem that your organizations days of pulling the wool over the public’s eyes are ending. I look forward to the news story of how your organization has vindicated itself in a court of law.

Alex, Apparently you are on a hunt for charities that are scamming the public. I commend you for that. I would like to present you with a challenge. If i provide you with proof that the Outreach center is a legitimate charity whos goal is to help children- would you remove the video which is makes us look bad?

There are guidelines provided by the State Motor Vehicle Administration that dictate the legalities of a Charitable Car Donation program. This Charity may do some good work but they are not operating the Car Donation Program properly and should be sanctioned for their illegal practices.

unlike you i did research before i post things. and i have nothing to d owith them i happen to know of a story in which they helped somebody, and it hurts to see that people like you are badmouthing a good charity. as far as the news clip, they have an agenda as well. their job is to create an exciting story and put what ifs in peoples heads. mr “do some research” mind showing me one thing they said here thats proof of any wrongdoing?there is none just what ifs. and my comment is to them as well
