HEALING CENTER centers LAND acreage DONATION donations NEEDED

I need land 8 acres to 80 or more acres DONATED for a metaphysical healing spiritual center with sea water access or CREEK ACCESS even better for year round ponds on the land. Any donations to this centers starting that could be helpful are welcome ! Land may be anywhere that is woodsey remote and has unlimited WATER ACCESS. Or in a tropical local like Hawaii or Florida. Please watch video for example of what would be right for this SPECIAL PLACE for HEALING and RETREAT GETAWAYS.
