Planet for $ale’ music and lyrics composed/produced by Nigel Mazlyn Jones. Broadcast 1998 BBC 2 TV Scotland. Over the next 9 years ‘Planet for $ale’ became an album and a project. Profits from the album are donated to charities helping global problems and to Environmental istance, registered charity No. 1050677. ‘Planet for $ale’ album features Steve Hillage of System 777, Banco de Gaia, The Doc, Guy Evans of Van Der Graaf Generator, Carla Vallett, Steve Jolliffe, Phil Beer, Margaret Phillips and Bliss.

Love the video… much better live at Findhorn though. Would love to download it and post it so more people get to see it. I came across your comment and my instincts told me to reply. I hope you are feeling more positive about things now. Us old hippies had our share too Vietnam for one. The reason you may have been born now is maybe that now you can know more than we did in the 60’s 70’s so you can react to where we have arrived and help reverse the direction as we older folk disappear…good to know you younger lot are there…..onwards friend…be happy….you can help change this place…congratulations…. love and light…NMJ

Reckon its the ‘heart’ that has kept we older folk going for 30 plus years trying to get society to wake up to the eco problems we all face. Now its widely known but many in ‘power’ have sought to keep this whole subject under wraps for decades. They are the same greedy people now selling carbon futures and eco credentials to push their products.

Thanks. Yes we should hear because otherwise the human species is history. The signs of eco problems have been obvious for 50 years and the corporate status quo/ruling elite have known but chose to remain deaf and silent. Now they hijack so called ‘eco credentials’ and ’sell’ carbon futures. Their greed continues and so does the opposition to them.

Has our mental …
Has our mental development outpaced our emotional development and common sense? Earth is not going to get any bigger in order to feed and support us. Its very noticeable no politicians have the courage to approach the subject of population explosion. Instead they push ‘Growth economy’ The greatest contadiction in the shortest sentence. No common sense there yet our western ‘demo crass ease’ slavishly worship the phrase.
